Ifeyinwa Arinze is a filmmaker from Nigeria, based in New York City. Her work centers intimate portrayals of Black women and girls that are grounded in tenderness and care. Named a 2025 Berlinale Talent, her work has been supported by organizations like BAFTA, New York Foundation for the Arts, New York Women In Film and Television, Video Consortium, and the Film at Lincoln Center’s Artist Academy. Ifeyinwa holds an MFA degree in Film Production from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She earned a BFA in Neuroscience from Mount Holyoke College. Ifeyinwa participated in EVC’s Credible Educators program in 2024.
