Chilean survivors of Pinochet’s torture chambers of the 1970s and a teenager whose family escaped from Kosovo in the 1990’s all bear witness to brutal crimes against humanity. Narration, archival footage, poetry and interviews with ICC (International Criminal Court) and human rights advocate are interwoven with great power, clarity and sensitivity to explain one of the most important human rights issues of our times. Made in collaboration with the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival.
