Ines Morales on Jury for the 8th Annual Media That Matters Film Festival

Ines Morales, an alumnus of both Doc Workshop and YO-TV is one of eleven jurors selecting films and assigning awards for the 2008 Media That Matters Film Festival. Ines’ YO-TV project, “Still Standing” won the Jury Award at last year’s festival. She currently takes media classes at The City College of New York, majoring in media communications and is in the process of getting into their BFA program. She looks forward to continuing to use film as an outlet for those who do not usually have a voice in society as well as an outlet to create change. Through film, Ines hopes to provide justice and expose the truth.
